It should be published last month, but I did not have enough time to write a post, even got none of ideas to write since I was in a pilgrimage trip. Even more, I did not travel to Cambodia during 2019. But I don’t want to give up to participate in this weekly challenge.
Actually I’m happy that I have participated in all challenges through the year of 2019 for this blog. It’s not easy but all is manageable. Although it’s not a long post when I wrote, but it’s enough to describe my points about Cambodia, a country that can always recharge my spirit (ugh, by writing this, suddenly I miss Angkor and all the temples!)
Although lately I was not as frequent as before for visiting Cambodia, all those challenges made me elaborate further more about Cambodia. It is not only the normal points of interest of Cambodia, but also the small unimportant things that common people may overlooked. Perhaps for the next challenge, I had to elaborate more about this.
But for 2019, I love all of these posts:
1) Is it Fish Amok, Curry or Soup? It is not easy for me to write about Cambodian meal, but this post made me happy. Because I love Fish Amok.
2) They Also Have Life. This post reminds me to notice small but beautiful insects or small creatures. They also have their own life that live in harmony with Nature.
3) And of course, Embrace the Glorious Green. It is about the feeling of being walking in the forest surround of Angkor Wat.
But it is important for all of us that, year’s end is neither an end or a beginning but a going on, with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us.
We can do better in 2020.
This post was written in response to the weekly challenge from Celina’s Blog and Cerita Riyanti, -similar to the old Weekly Photo Challenge from WordPress-, which is the 51st week of 2019 has the theme of Best, so we are encouraged ourselves to write articles weekly. If you are interested to take part in this challenge, we welcome you… and of course we will be very happy!
