Beng Mealea temple, one of the Tentative list of UNESCO World Heritage Site, was one of my favorite temples in Cambodia. Although it’s remote, -about 40 km east from the main complex of Angkor-, but amazing and less-touristic in a center of small jungle.
On the way out from the temple, my eyes were distracted by something funny and creative. The twigs of fig tree and the holes of the ancient stone created a ‘face’. Somebody must put the leaves to be the nose and mouth to complete the human face. And the moss looks like the neck and body.
But the situation was too quiet, nobody was there except the wind sound and me. Better I speed up my pace…😀😀😀
